Ranthambore is fantastic wildlife tourist destination in the globe to behold wildlife and Tigers in the dry deciduous wooded area. Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve remains open from October to June and generally all national parks in India remains closed down for next three months i.e. July, August and September due to rainy season but it is to be noted that few tourist safari zone in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve that is zone no. 06, 07, 08, 09 and 10 remains open throughout the year in Monsoon period, where wildlife enthusiasts can have a fantastic Monsoon break in Ranthambore and opportunity to explore wildlife and spotting tiger its own territory. In case of heavy rain in the area, Department of Forest has right to close safari zone and cancel safari against 100% non refundable and non transferable.
These Monsoon zones have nice scenic view and good tiger sighting, although tiger sighting is the matter of chance. Zone no. 06 has three tiger territory and 02 new born cubs (T-24 or ustad, T-39 or or Noor, T-72 or Sultan and 02 little cubs of T-39, which is recently sighted). There are T-08 or Ladli and her 02 cub’s territory in zone no. 07 and 08 in Ranthambore. If you are in zone no.09 or 10 then you can have bright chances to see other star attractions of Ranthambore National Park like T-42 (Fateh) which is a male tiger.
